Do I need to be a certified personal trainer?+
Yes. We require valid certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, or equivalent) and proof of liability insurance to train clients on the floor.
How does access work?+
Members receive 24/7 keyless access. Day-pass trainers book sessions through our scheduling portal.
Can my clients use the space without me?+
No. The facility is exclusively for trainers and their actively-training clients. This protects the boutique environment for everyone.
Do you take a cut of what I charge my clients?+
Never. You pay one flat rental rate. 100% of what your clients pay you stays with you.
Can I run small group sessions?+
Absolutely. The Studio Block plan is built for group programming up to 8 clients per session.
